This is the worst company ever to hire. Horrible customer service for a family ran business. Had such a negative experience speaking with Peter. Lack of professionalism when speaking to clients stating the conversation being had is dumb is unacceptable.

When it comes to water leaks, to homeowners they are emergency and need a plumber fast. Lone Star plumbing met my expectation. They understood the customer needs and have them resolve quickly. I had a water leaking through my basement ceiling and have no idea where it is coming from. They responded to my plea and responded to my call immediately and stayed until they find the source and fixed it. They have excellent troubleshooting skills, courteous and professional. I would recommend Lone Star to my friends, family and people out there who needs a dependable plumber right away.
