My Furnace starting making a very unusual sound, so I decided to contact Mr. Furnace. They sent a really friendly gentleman named Dylan who arrived promptly and ready to help. He assessed the problem and explained everything in detail that was going on. I found him to very knowledgeable and easy to understand. He discussed several options to fix the problem, we decided on the best option and Dylan fixed the issue without complication. I would not go anywhere else to have my furnace serviced or

Our furnace broke down overnight and we woke up to a very chilly home. As we have a new born I looked online for furnace repair and found this company offering 24 hour availability. I called at 10am explaining I needed a repair done that day and they said they could definitely get someone over between 5-7pm. As 7pm came and went we received a call at 8:45pm letting us know they were to busy and not coming asking if I wanted to make an appointment the next day. Ended up booking hotel

Took advantage of old lady Told her needed to disassemble water heater to adjust water pressure. Couldn't put back together. Made buy another one outrageous price. Was told I'd hear from a field manager with in 24hrs. Never happened Call center operation no accountability.

Took advantage of a 91 yr old woman. Price was outrageous and did work not requested by telling her she did not comply with the plumbing code...untrue. Don't use this company!!
