Jennifer was my advisor, and she was very friendly and helpful. Ford did not carry a trailer hitch for my Focus, but she was able to find a different company that could help me. Other items of concern were handled perfectly.

Took My F150 in for oil change and some recall work. I as per usual was reminded why I drive across the city to Northstar to get the work done on my truck. Always greeted by a friendly bunch of staff who have you checked in and on your way quickly and efficiently. I had the pleasure of dealing with Fiona who is an absolute rockstar at her job. She loves what she does. Always has the customer as her number 1 priority and constantly raises the bar every time I go to this service department.

Took our F150 in for an oil change and a recall on block heater wire which passed recall. No service required. Brittany was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. She is a great service advisor.

Took my car for recal, was happy with service given. Liane was my advisor she was very professional and even arranged for a car for me to use while my car was being serviced.

Fine job and did not recommend any unnecessary work.
