Dr Bina and her staff are so great! Dr Bina is thorough and takes great care of my vision. Esther helps me choose great frames (and she’s honest about how frames look and isn’t afraid to tell me when she disagrees), I appreciate that more than anything. Awesome experience every single time!!

We have been going there for years now but we keeping coming back because Esther goes above and beyond to help my family. I had retina torn and was handled immediately. After the eye surgery, Dr Lila contacted the hospital right away to ensure my treatment can be followed up timely. She is very calm which helped me going through the crisis at ease. Yet, the reception team is very friendly and courteous! I got a pair of glasses with progressive prescription at store promotion, and the price was very good.
Missy provides the best customer service. Always a pleasure to deal with her. She is the reason I come to Royal Oak.
The optometrists and staff are all incredible here. They are very friendly, professional, & genuinely care. I had a medical emergency which required daily follow-ups, & was well taken care of by all of the staff. Dr. Lila even came in on her day off to follow-up with me, which was certainly above and beyond my expectations. Wonderful service, wonderful people!

I found the staff to be extremely friendly and knowledgeable, willing to go the extra mile to ensure I had my prescription sunglasses before my trip to Maui. It is so pleasant to finally find a business that cares about the patient and put my needs first. I will be referring all my co-workers here.
The office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate the education on eye care and information regarding effects of diabetes on vision. I do find the products a little on the high side, but I know if there's ever an issue, I can just go in and they will look after us.
First off the optometrist was great however it was her staff that I found turned me off. I expressed that I would only be needing contacts for boating and snowboarding yet the older lady at the counter tried to sell me for way over what I needed so she clearly didn't listen to a word that came out of my mouth. Then when it was time to buy the lenses I declined due to the fact that I could get them else where for $100 cheaper. In stead of trying to sell me on why there lenses are better or sell me on a lower quantity because clearly the price was the issue, she refused to answer questions and almost lost my sale on eye drops and solution because she tried to just cut me off right away and get me out the door. I will now not even go there for my eye exams.
