1. They lied about walk ins for flu shot… first and foremost. 2. Pharmacy employee left early (6:00pm on November 7) and denied me being able to get a flu shot. Advised I come the next day after filling out the form online. I came back at the advised time (12:00pm) and was then told no walk-ins until 2:00pm. Pharmacy needs a complete re-vamp. They are slow, unprofessional, and I recommend they get their stories straight before coming to work and talking to customers.

I hear of people just walking in and getting their Covid vaccination appointment. When I phone to ask to make an appointment I’m told they don’t do this. Don’t know why they aren’t telling the truth...

The store itself is not that bad, it’s in a convenient location and has some pretty good deals although lately there’s less and less of them. The problem here is the management. They’re really negative and helping customers seems like a boring chore for them. I just don’t get it, because this kind of attitude only makes the day go by slower...
