My family went to Showhome furniture this afternoon. What an amazing furniture shop! The kids were entertained with a fairy scavenger hunt so my husband & I had over 30 minutes of uninterrupted time to shop for dining room chairs. We were assisted by Emily. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, & has a no pressure approach that was very appreciated. We ended up buying 8 dining room chairs and a beautiful large rustic coffee table. Great family run local business!

Customer service these days can be an oxymoron unless you’re shopping in Showhome Furniture’s showroom at North Hill Mall. Selection and quality are beyond belief and the staff let you wander at your leisure, but close if you need questions asked. Sales associate and designer Lease was a gem and I encourage anyone needing furniture for their home or business to give them a visit first.

I am very impressed with what Showhome Furniture has shown, both in terms of service and furniture items offered, so I feel comfortable and do not hesitate to buy my furniture needs.

I ordered a three seats sofa from the Showhome furniture on July 6. They told me the sofa will be ready for pick up in 8 to 10 weeks. I called on Sept. 13 and they told me the sofa still hasn’t been shipped from the manufacturer yet. It might need three more weeks to arrive ….. so disappointed!!!!

I am excited to tell you that we found everything we were looking for at Showhome Furniture! Jill was our salesperson and met all our expectations! Family owned business and Canadian made furniture meant a lot to us! Will never look anywhere else! Very pleasant and surprised shopping experience!

Ruth! Go see her if you have any questions or don’t know where to start about designing your living spaces! We walked into Showhome not having any idea of where to start. Ruth took the time, asks us questions about our vision, gave suggestions that made sense to our style and in the end we walked out very happy with our new couch and accents chairs. Their quality and price points can’t be beat AND their design team & customer services are phenomenal!

Show home furniture has the BEST customer service hands down !! Their products are all such great quality, and so unique, you can’t find pieces like this anywhere else ! You walk into the store and are greeted with a smile and someone is always, always willing to help ! They are not pushy like a lot of other stores, and truly care about customer experience. We LOVE SHOWHOME FURNITURE !!

I highly recommend SHF for their excellent customer service and very helpful during delivery.I bought a good quality products from this store at great cost and i love it.

Have yet to purchase from them as of yet but their furniture is beautiful and the prices are amazing! The staff is also very helpful and hands done very knowledgable

This store has terrible service. I did not receive any design help as advertised and they did not have my furniture ready on pick up day even though they say it was there waiting for me. They did not know what tools were required for assembly either even though they had one in the showroom of the bed I purchased. I contacted them to tell them I was unhappy and they do not care. They did not even so much as apologize for the terrible experience I had

The first time I saw a Showhome Furniture piece was at a friends place. A beautiful dining table I instantly fell in love with it and couldnt wait to visit the showroom in person. I was not disappointed. They have a very raw and unique style that I love. My first purchase was a leather sofa set for my living room and so far we are loving it. It’s quality with comfort! also loved the very professional and helpful staff they have around. My next target is the nest chair for sure! Great work guys!

5 Boys and 5 Year...

5 Boys and 5 Years Later and people still comment on how nice my leather couches look!!! I am so pleased with the quality, and sturdiness of them, and the service we got, and still get when we go into Show Home Furnitures new store.

Phenomenal Customer Service

The customer service was amazing, they are very personable and helpful and go above and beyond to help you find what you need. I wanted a piece of furniture but in a different color and one employee who specializes in painting actually went out, bought paint and repainted the piece professionally and to my taste!
