One of the best customer service experiences I've had. I contacted Doug for a quote and within a couple of days he had been to our house, measured our windows, provided a selection of samples to choose from and explained the warranty on their product (this is important). We made our decision and within 5 days we had the install complete and our house was no longer a greenhouse. A couple days after install we noticed a crack in one of our windows. Doug explained that this might happen and the reason we went with Doug @ Spectra was the warranty coverage he provides. Doug had his glass team out to measure the window and he's looking after the repair and will re-film our window when it's fixed. It's telling when the glass company, that's not affiliated with Spectra, tells me that we chose the right guys by going with Doug @ Spectra. His words, "they are the only guys that actually honour their warranty." Bottom line, if you're going to have film put on your windows call Doug @ Spectra. Quality product and even better customer service.

I highly recommend Spectra Lighting. In order to reduce heat gain and increase privacy we contracted Spectra Light to install reflective film to the windows on the south side of our home in Airdrie. Spectra Light (Doug and his team) were very knowledgeable about their product and provided valuable advice on the type and degree of tinting that would best suit our needs. Their quote was very reasonable which included a large selection of materials. Doug came to our home and provided a consultation. His knowledge and experience with the products were invaluable.
