The Brick

Spent $2,000 on box spring and mattress. The actually made us pay for delivery?! Get it delivered and the delivery guys totally demolish ceiling. I had just had painters there so knew it was them. Sent pics to customer service who forwarded on to regional manager who claimed the roof damage was not consistent with damage a mattress/box spring would make and the delivery guys said they didnt do it. Will never ever set foot in that store again.

Bought a table it had a table leg with mis-drilled holes. When I informed them about it with pictures. I had to return the entire 200 lb table so they could give me an entirely new table! I asked about just exchanging the bad leg and was told not our policy unless you want to wait 7-10 days for us to order one in! Spoke to a manager in customer experience(Lisa) at Calgary south on McLeod trail and was told my hands are tied. Not a pleasant customer service experience.

Went to purchase a eurodown top mattress, found it on line and showed the clerk .She ordered it, and said I should buy a mattress down like cover protector, or it may not be as good for ten years. Said no thanks. Then signed up for there credit card so I can get it delivered and paid for within 3 months no charge.Was told, afterwards sorry, but for no delivery charge you must buy over $750.00.Told her, you can tell your manager, No sale. Override it and only $15.00 for take old one away.

We found Matt and Beverly both great to deal with. Thanks! We love the sofa and loveseat. The delivery guys were great.

I bought a mattress and box spring and base frame and waterproof cover from brick at the same time, and now the mattress is sagged 2 inches. I sent all forms and pics, but they don’t accept The warranty for stupid reasons. Please don’t buy from this store

walked into your store in Calgary McLeod tr South, spoke to Jennifer M, told her what I needed, got excellent service, it was so nice to walk into The Brick and not get bombarded on sales pitches on what I did not need. She showed me only the products I needed, gave me the best prices possible. I could not believe how professional Jennifer is, I would recommend anyone to talk to her for any products sold by The Brick. I was told she will be moving to PEI, what a lose for Alberta

Poor sales people and arrogant management. The Manager basically laughed in my face when I questioned their dishonest tactics.

Waited all day for my appliances..Called and was told everything I picked out was sold.I removed my microwave.Sat here for four days with nothing..Given200$ for my stress.

Before purchase everything is fine, after purchase everything gets its reverse. They will just make you crazy. Awful service. the will not fix their faults, related defective products. you have rent a vehicle to return to them as well.
