We had Conrad and Taylor over to install an HRV system. Russ helped finish up the install. All 3 were very professional and efficient. They informed us of everything we needed to know as well as made sure we understood the required maintenance. When the job was done they left everything clean and orderly. Highly recommend.

Called TRANE for service...3days ago, no call back... 8 PM...Broke down furnace, called Citadel for help and was surprised they showed up, minus 20 outside. Thank-you Russ from Citadel for not leaving us out in the cold. That is REAL SERVICE !!!

Used them twice now for my HVAC installs. They are a pleasure to deal with from quotation to install. Their work is always neat and clean looking when complete. (Something most don't think about with HVAC equipment & mechanical rooms). Would recommend.

Excellent , excellent service! I noticed my hot water heater wasn't working after hours on Friday . Adam was over within a half hour and got it working! Excellent quick service and was very kind. Will always call Citadel with any future needs.

I dont know where...

I dont know where to begin. Tail ends of projects not completed, Air quality issues in my husbands office, Ducting issues in the attic leading to water damage on our ceilings and walls. The biggest problem of all has been boiler issues. In two years the core of our boiler has rotted out, the copper pipes and fittings have all leaked.

We had our furnace replaced with one from Citadel and their service and staff were excellent to deal with. Will definitely use them for all our needs in the future

Citadel Mechanical is truly a group of superheroes.... these guys know all types of heating and cooling. They are fast, friendly, and reliable. I can say for certain that they DEFINATELY return calls... and promptly too. I am so glad that Citadel has come to Lloydminster. I don't know what I would do without them. ;) THIS TEAM CAN HEAT YOU UP AND COOL YOU DOWN.
