    This was my first experience in hiring professional carpets cleaners and I have to say that I'm throughly impressed with this company and its values which include quality of service and customer satisfaction!

    20 minutes of car...

    20 minutes of carpet cleaning for $200.00. Operator used a mobile unit for our condo, did one pass over the carpet and missed spots. Carpet is wet but not clean. No care, no attention to detail, fast, fast, fast ... they are making $150.00 a hour on carpet cleaning. A train wreck, If you are going to secure carpet cleaning find out what they are going to do, what equipment they are using and what attention to detail are they providing.     Men were late, messy, and used profanity in front of my young children. Owner was rude and very combative. Buyer beware.

    Never again!

    Never again do I use this company- when I asked for details of how the "21 point inspection" went, they couldn't really answer (neither could speak english well) so just nodded and smiled. They charged me for extra vents, two weren't cleaned. Without my permission he unscrewed the central vac & asked for an extra $59.00 to clean it- I said no so he left it on the floor for me to empty and put back up (it's very heavy) I never got a call asking how things went afterwards so I could tell them...
