This is purely my experience with the Edmonton office - I have had no interactions with the main Calgary office. After a great visit to their showroom, COI failed to even provide a quote for the products I inquired about. With claims 'of being busy' and they will get to it 'today or tomorrow', they failed to provide any form of customer service after repeated attempts to contact them. Huge disappointment.
