I called the dealership to see a 2019 Ram Rebel. I was told it was but was on the hoist with a rear wheel repair but I could come in to see it. Its near 1 hour one way but we went in. The vehicle was not ready so they said once it was ready they would call. No one called after several attempts to get an update. This was to be directed towards the sales manager the last time I called....days and still nothing. Not even an email or text. Terrible customer service and communication. AVOID

My husband and I had excellent service with Derrick Dodge. We had a car accident and had to replace our car. We had difficulties with our credit because of our destroyed car. Paul Menezes did everything he could to make our purchase not only comfortable but successful. And Paul, thanks for coming in on your day off. I would highly recommend Derrick Dodge to anyone.The customer service was incredible and thanks to the manager and financing we now have a brand new car. Thank you.
