Such a terrible experience. Everything I have brought to her to be altered was ruined and she actually tried to justify to me what she did and said it was better that way. She hemmed a dress of mine (floor length) do ankle length. Which is irreparable, the fabric is already cut off and she said ankle length is better. Blown away with what terrible service she provided. Not to mention the other pieces she ruined as well.
