    Heritage Gardens Condo Corp. brought the Esquire Management Group on Board one year ago and over that period Esquire has proven to be an effective management partner. Their financial oversight and reporting has been completely reliable and time sensitive. Esquire’s familiarity with the legal and regulatory parameters applying to condo management issues provide essential and valued input into Condo Board discussions and decision making.

    For the past 3.5 years, we have had an exceptional experience with them! The Manager has been incredibly helpful and prompt with our requests and concerns. My fiance and I counted ourselves very fortunate to have found such a professional and well-run company as Esquire Management.

    The management and staff of Esquire was extremely helpful when we moved into our condo. We understand that the condo board have policies we do not agree with, Esquire took the time to fully explain the bylaws and building policies. This is a very compassionate and understanding management company.

    This is absolutely the worst management company I have ever had to deal with!!!! I found the women in the office very rude and unprofessional.........that is if you could get them to return a phone call or email! They don't even deserve a 1 star!

    This is a terrible management company in my opinion. I felt like I spent more time managing them than if I had simply managed our property myself. At the end, I had long vacancies (no income) and repairs that were needed took literally months to complete. They withheld monies once I gave notice of cancelling their contract that I was forced to sue them to recover.

    We owned a downto...

    We owned a downtown Edmonton condo unit for 5 years and in that time Esquire managed it that whole time. We just recently sold due to issues we had with the management company. The condition of the building deteriorated drastically over the course of time. My concerns were brought to them and after a month...still NOTHING was done to clean up major mess around the property. They charge out the YING YANG for condo docs and charge a pretty penny for condo fees and do not go above NOR beyond!!!

    The worst propert...

    The worst property management company that I have ever had to deal with. Seconding Sebastian, you can never, ever get a hold of them, ever. Even when you do, whether it be for a broken door or a question, it take forever to return your call. We had to take things into our own hands to get the door fixed ourselves then give he receipt to the coolant... Also tried upping our rent without any notice and argued with us that that was the law, until we showed them the Alberta tenant and residency act.

    Terrible service. Never any response to calls. Managers are aggressive with tenents. Rude.

    The negative comments posted (August 16, 2012), are interesting. He failed to advise that he was a renter in a property managed by our company. We were not the owners of the property. Sebastion is of the school that rent can be paid whenever he felt like paying and that he could cause all manner of noise in the property. He was eventualy evicted from the property for nonpayment of rent. If you have a valid complaint or grievance, please give our office a call (780-414-0296), I / we would be more than pleased to address your concerns.

    Almost in cheating business

    Very poor service. Would never recommend it to anyone. Lost a tenant because of this company.

    In response to the comments posted by Jignesh Padia. We publicly admit that we were the managers for Mr. Padia’s property. We also admit that the tenants Mr. Padia had in the property were evicted because they would not adhere to the management company policies and procedures. While Mr. Paida has his policies and standards, we also have ours. If Mr. Padia wishes to discuss the matter further, he is more than welcome to contact our office. (780-414-0296).
