Cody and Colby recently delivered and installed a side vent dryer. A side vent is almost impossible to find and even more difficult to install in a very tight space. Most people would just given up trying to make it fit. Cody and Colby were not to be defeated and found a way to get it to fit properly. Two thumbs up for their excellent customer service.
I had the pleasure of meeting Just Done installation crew consisting of Shane, Peter, and Don who did an OUTSTANDING job of removing my old Stand washer/dryer combo and installing a new set. In a tight spot and having to take a door off to do it! They were polite, friendly, and take great care in ensuring that it was done efficiently, neatly, and like they had never even been here. I highly recommend Just Done! They live up to their Motto: Simply Seamless...Simply Just Done!
The technicians that installed our kitchenAid dual fuel range were prompt in the delivery time, courteous and respectful of our home and took great care to not damage anything while transporting the range into our home as well as when placing the range. They leveled the stove perfectly and cleaned up all packaging. The technicians also provided information on start up of the range and care. Would highly recommend this company. Great Job. Thank you
Had my fridge delivered & installed today by Jordan & John. Very happy with the service. They took their time to make sure that the fridge is levelled, that all the parts were aligned, that the water works & that there’s no damage to the property while taking away the old fridge & bringing the new one. Would definitely recommend their service. Thank you!
Jordan and Jason were professional and had my new fridge installed in my main floor after a challenging corner hallway to manoeuvre. They were sent to help me after a previous team was unable to get it upstairs. They were completed in under an hour and were very informative with the setup. I’d highly recommend booking for your appliance install.
Cant even claim one star. Their so-called professionals installed a cold water line (from a newly purchased fridge) and ran it directly into the hot water line causing fridge issues like no ice or cool water being dispensed. Their initial response, oops sorry.
I had a gas cooker installed with this company..have to say that I found Marius and his partner courteous and efficient,installation was late in the day there was no rush for them to get done they stayed until we were both satisfied, no mess ,no fuss.
This company recently installed our new dishwasher from home depot. About 15 minutes after the service guy left we went down stairs to find our basement flooding. We called the company and they promptly sent our another guy to fix the first guys errors. In his attempt to right the wrong he messed up our wiring so the dishwasher no longer turned on as well as some plugs in the kitchen and our garburator. we had to call in an electrician to repair his mistakes. Stay away from this company!
Home Depot and Just Done were horrible and totally unprofessional to deal with! Never again! Supposed to do an install for me and I phone on the day they were to come to install and they (Just Done) infirm they don’t do install shower doors. They had from July 30 when THEY called me until Aug 7 to tell me they wouldn’t do it. But I had to find out many calls later on the day they were to come!!!
Austin and Bastiaan came to my home to assemble a large table and 8 chairs plus a large desk.I was so impressed with their professionism and knowledge of assembling these items.The large desk was unbelievable as there were so many parts,and the directions were enough to stress anyone out but these two young men were amazing and worked so well together and after hours of working at it I had an amazing desk. Not sure what these two are paid forthere hard work, I think they deserve a big raise,
I recently purchased a toilet from Home Depot, who then arranged for Just Done! to deliver and install it. When the toilet didn't fit(I provided the measurements)Just Done!transported it back to Home Depot for me--though it was not part of their contract to do so. (Home Depot was also very cooperative about the return of the toiletat no cost.) Because Just Done!had been so helpful, I had them intall a proper-fitting toilet--which went extremely well. Great service in both instances!
Horrible horrible service, starting with the owner of the company. Dont contract them for anything, honestly. Unless you like getting yelled at and getting rude customer service then go ahead!
Jesse installed our microwave this morning. Great job, was in and out quickly even though that he ran into a couple of small challenges.
