Kudos for the great service! Even though I was being really picky with the options and colour I wanted for my new Tacoma, the team was super accommodating and got me the truck I wanted. Could stand to put a little more salt in the lot though as it was a little slick, but overall super happy with my experience.

Had a great experience here. I dealt with liri and she was very helpful and patient. It was my first time buying a car and she talked me through a lot of it. Was very understanding, will definitely recommend this dealership to friends.

I had a check engine light on my car. Being the cautious person I am, I decided to bring it in at Toyota northwest for an inspection. I was warmly greeted and helped by Liri. She made my experience comfortable and without stress. In the end, the problem with my vehicle was pretty nonexistent but the service was above and beyond! I definitely recommend.

Very clean shop and service department was very friendly. Took my Tacoma in for service and was prepared to wait the whole day however they were able to get it in right away. Jeeva was my service advisor and he was very helpful when I dropped it off. When I came to pick it up Angela helped close my paperwork and explained the full inspection. Will definitely be coming back!!

i had an amazing time purchasing my new custom dream ride. i called in the dealer to inquire the day before on stock and chris said there were some options and i set a 10:00 am test drive. right away Mike was there for me and we swiftly went for a test drive. The "after" service is horrible. When we purchased the extra care package, we were told we had until the end of the extra time we purchased to use the oil changes with the ecp. Later on, Kingsway Toyota tried to change the terms and revoke unused oil changes. Our friends also indicated that when they needed a single tire replaced, Kingsway Toyota said they could only order 4 and they would have to buy all 4.
