DO NOT BUY FROM THEM (LIARS) buy from Amazon or on Briggs & Riley's site, (Amir) The manager/owner lied to us. We went to look at Briggs & Riley suitcases on Friday November 17th at Luggage Unlimited at West Edmonton mall, Amir told us that Briggs & Riley was never ever on promotion like Louis Vuitton brand. Therefore we decided to buy close to 4000$ of suitcases from them. We woke up the next morning Saturday November 18th to find out that if we had waited 1 day we would have saved close to 800

I bought some new luggage at Luggage Unlimited in September, 2021. I took this luggage on a trip in February 2022 and it literally fell apart on it's first trip. I called Luggage Unlimited and asked for help contacting the manufacturer to log a complaint and replace the luggage. Luggage Unlimited refused to provide any help. Do not buy luggage at Luggage Unlimited if you want quality or service.
