McCormack Optometric Centre

Had an appointment with Dr. Baillargeon recently and I was very pleased with my visit. He took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. I appreciated his patience and is expertise!

I went to McCormack optometric centre for an annual check up and saw Dr. Joel Baillargeon. Being that I wasnt going in for any particular vision issue, I wasnt expecting much time nor effort to be invested into me as a patient. I was impressed with Dr. Joels Knowledge and passion. He catered to all my questions and concerns and I left feeling very knowledgeable about my vision health. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Joel!

Very professional! First time seeing an eye doctor in a few years, Dr.Baillargeon made it easy and made me comfortable with the knowledge he shares with you. Would recommend to anyone looking for an eye doctor.

I’m so glad I switched to seeing Dr. Joël! He is friendly, and more importantly, genuine. I appreciate when a doctor does more than just prod and do their job like an automaton. Dr. Joël takes the time to not only answer your questions but ensures you *understand* those answers. I’m also very happy to be able to have my whole appointment in French! Merci beaucoup!

Great customer service. Dr. Joel Baillargeon is very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely a good learning experience! He also provides bilingual (French/English) services, which is rare in Edmonton.

After my excellent eye exam by Dr. Baillargeon, I can recommend him wholeheartedly! He is punctual, thorough, and friendly, on top of being very smart about eyes.

It was a great experience. I hate waits at offices and it was quick to get in, the Dr. was awesome and answered all my concerns. The best part were the awesome glasses they helped me pick out. Love, love love! I will definitely be going back for sunglasses.

Been a satisfied customer for over 10 years. Excellent rapport with my kids. Excellent customer service, always feel welcome. Flexible and professional. Good at resolving any issues if any. Highly recommend!!!!

Two sets of lenses, $1300.00, no frames just lenses and I'm still having issues seeing properly. Would NOT recommend to anyone and will not only have they lost me as a customer, they have lost my family and extended family. Paid for high quality lenses and I feel like I received inferior product. Very disappointed and feel totally riped off.

Awful Experience

Showed up a few minutes early for my 9:30am appointment to update paperwork and whatnot. Was told that the Dr was running "A few minutes behind." No problem. An hour later, I still hadn't seen the Dr. Had I known what the actual schedule was, I never would have kept it. When I left (without ever seeing the Dr) I was offered no apology or explanation.

Iv been to Dr.McCormacks office for many years now andi continue to go back because of the extent they are willing to go to have me leave happy each time i go. I was recently in for an exam and was told id need a prescription change for my glasses. Even though i was leaving the same week for a vacation they rushed to make me new lenses before i left. Thankyou Dr.McCormack and employees for your service throughout the years
