    We took our baby for his first immunizations at 2 month. He should has received one oral and two needles. The registered nurse there (Jadeanne, Phillipine ethnicity) mixed up and give him one that was meant for 4 months! She said its not a big deal that the one she messed up is not cause for concern because they used to give it at two month and our baby will be fine, but that's not the point! These mistakes should never happen! What if she gave him an extra needle that was cause for concern.
