I was gifted a beautiful bouquet of flowers, for Valentines day, from Petals for Less. The flowers were lovely and the delivery person provided excellent service. There was an unfortunate small issue with bouquet which when brought to their attention was dealt with promptly and professionally. I will happily recommend this business to others and will be sure to use them again myself.
Didnt get what I asked for
Overpriced. Prices have continued to rise, and its not as nice shopping here any longer. The store is so full of stuff be careful navigating.
I really wanted to say how amazing Mikayla`s customer service is! We had a problem with a purchase, and she dealt with it immediately. I couldn`t be happier.
Delivery person went in during lunch hour, I was told that he was upset that my friend was not there to receive the flowers so that he could sing Happy Birthday. He dropped off the flowers but advised not only the office manager but my friends supervisor, etc. etc., that they HAD TO SING HAPPY BIRTHDAY to him when he got back from lunch. The whole office knew...and when my friend came back, he was badly surprised. I did not ask for this service. It was not mentioned anywhere on the website.
I sent my daughter flowers to sturgeon hospital I am in Ontario and was shocked at the excellent service and beautiful flowers. Sometimes picking from a picture isn’t what you get but these people did a wonderful job with grade A flowers and quick.
I find that everyone in this shop is knowledgeable and great to give a helping hand. The flowers are top grade and beautiful and to top, they have a 5 day guarantee they stick to. This flowershop is amazing. Wouldnt give anything less that 5/5 stars.
I had to use this shop last minute for some bulk flowers as the flowers I ordered through Costco were discoloured and totally unacceptable. Luckily for me they had exactly what I needed and the prices were very reasonable. Thank you for your large inventory and last minute help!
We have bought Petals for Less flowers for many years. They have always created breathtakingly beautiful flower arrangements for far less than what you'd pay at other florists. They ensure that the flowers are fresh & last a long time. We've received exceptional customer service from them & the owner & staff are an absolute pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend Petals for Less.
Unprofessional. Dissapointing experience!
For such a small store, they carry so many items; from balloons to stuffed animals to some plants to blue and even rainbow roses! So many things to choose from, I have never left the store with nothing in my hands or a smile from the employees. Cheap but good quality items.
Great selection, great prices.
