This place is absolutely horrendous. You walk in, get glared at by the lady at the desk and horrible customer service. She's absolutely rude and doesn't make you feel welcome at all, but awkward and cold instead.

Got pierced at Pitbull 3 months ago. Got my tragus and helix done. Pitbull uses completely the wrong kind of jewellery! They gave me a curved surface bar that rejects 99% of the time and the bar on my helix was way too long. After 3 months my piercing were tender and were developing large bumps near the holes. They also use the cheap type of jewellery with the screw threading on the bar not the ball. Basically I removed all the piercings I got from Pitbull so they can heal instead of letting them get worse. I basically wasted every penny I gave Pitbull. I would never recommend them to anyone!
