The Press Gallery

The new ownership is very impressive. I had written a bad review after my GUCCI purse was taken in a for a small repair and was not happy with the results but was under the old ownership. I believe this company now takes great pride in its workmanship and truly wants to provide excellent service to its customers. I will be getting my cleaning done at this cleaners now.

Very convenient to have my cleaning picked up and delivered at my office. High quality work that doesn’t cost any more than a regular drycleaner with a drop off location.

The press gallery picks up and delivers my stuff to Leduc and always reliable and great service from both valet staff and counter. No matter if I go in or book a pick up through the app The service is outstanding.

Been using press gallery for about 4 years now. The mobile app is fantastic. My clothes always come back perfect and ready to wear. Service is scheduled and their pickup and drop off times are accurate.

I use this business for my all my daycare needs and they do a great job. Our delivery guy is very pleasant and is always accommodating.

In September I gave the Press Gallery my leather jacket to have cleaned and restored. They sent my jacket to Toronto and told me it would be ready for pickup on October 24, 2017. It is now December 2, 2017 and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY JACKET!!! I have called them repeatedly and each time they have told me it will be sent back immediately and yet I still do not have my jacket. I have also asked on several occasions to speak to the manager and have yet to hear back. WORST SERVICE EVER.

Horrible service, I am currently waiting for my leather jacket to be returned to me. They told me it would be ready by October 30th. Nowhere on the receipt does it say it would take another week or 2 for it to be completed. I called to request a discount as this wasn't mentioned in person or on the receipt. I dropped my jacket off end of September. Sharon the lady I spoke with was very rude, and wasn't helpful. I am waiting to receive a call from management to further discuss.

This place was recommended to me by my salesperson for my expensive coat. I should have taken the reviews on here more serious. Go at your own risk and always take a before and after photo and do not pay unless you are satisfy with your item. The service was quick, but my coat was returned to me damaged. I went back to show them and they sent it to their tailor and it came back even less appealing to the eye. Tried to resolve it with them and gone back and forth with several email exchange but

Customer service is non existent

Absolutely terrible Customer service. They lost an area rug of ours and not one person has bothered to get in contact with us to amend the situation. It's been 4 months and they have no interest in rectifying the situation

Extremely Disappointed

They ruined the texture on my new designer dress. After 2 weeks of playing phone tag with the manager he offered no compensation, accepted no responsibility and whats worse is they tried to pass the blame on the dress manufacturer. I've been a loyal customer and spent nearly $2000 in the last few years. I was extremely disappointed in management and will not be returning or recommending.

So Fresh and So Clean Clean

Wow, This is the only laundromat I've ever been to that takes pride in its appearance. Most places I've been to are grungy, nasty places with rude employees, but pressgallery is different the staff is friendly, the machines are big and new, and the whole place is spotless... It just makes me more comfortable knowing I'm cleaning my clothes in a clean environment with nice people.
