The worst customer service I have ever experienced. It took the service advisor half an hour just to do the paper work. Than waited another 3 hrs and they still havent fix 2 tires. Go anywhere else. This is a huge waste of time.

Definitely recommend! . Always very helpful & have went above and beyond any time I’ve been there. Great group of guys. Appreciate it !

very frustrating to call them.. 20mins on hold just decided to hang up.. walked in and the same, they will make u wait.. customer satisfaction ZERO! go somewhere else

Left on hold for 18 minutes - finally I just hung up. In store service is similar - obviously not enough staff to handle the volume. Had tires installed and all the weights fell off after balancing and now the tire beads leak on 3 of the 4 rims. Taking all my business to their competition Fountain Tire - a much better experience - it is personal and they treat customers with the respect they deserve.
