    We took our machine to this dealer for a service and inspection. When we took it there it was driving fine, although we knew it did need some work to it. When we went to pick it up, you couldnt even steer it and they said a pinion axle was broken. This was NOT broken when we brought it there. Also, the staff was very unhelpful, promised things that they never completed and even when speaking with the service manger we were treated poorly as if our business didnt matter. Will never deal here.

    I have had several experiences with the parts team and the service guys and its never been any less than great service. I even am planning a trip around Terrys wife ride of choice on Vancouver Island. Always a pleasant bunch.

    They sold me a demo sled in km, as per the bill of sale but turned out it was in miles so when I went to sell it I got screwed on price. Sled had completely burnt off drivers when purchased and a totally unsafe handlebar and riser assembly which all had to be replaced. This is quite literally how it came from them when I purchased it. I encountered all this after its first trip to the mountain. When I called to question their inspection process and ethics I got a completely arrogant attitude!

    Terrible experience and they don't care!

    Terrible experience and they don't care! I had an awful experience which ended with them knowingly shipping me a dead Yamaha sled (which was brand new). I wrote a letter to them and they sent me an image of my letter torn up and in the garbage.

    took my machine there after having booked it a week and a half before only to get there and tell me it will be two weeks before they can look at it due to unforeseen circumstances.. why book an appointment ? or why not call me and let me know they are backed up?.

    Red-line Yamaha!

    Great Business! bought two black Yamaha 700 grizzly's summer of 2009. They have a huge parts department and lots of apparel and accessories. Staff was very helpful!
