Went through drive thru on feb 18th 2020. Couldn’t hear anything through the speaker when I pulled up and after saying hello several times I decided to just pull up to the window. Manager on site started yelling at me as soon as she opened the window saying she’s on a timer and that I wasn’t speaking because she couldn’t hear. I asked why I would lie and she yelled some more. Learn some manners. She shouldn’t be working in customer service. Get rid of her.

Customer service is hit and miss at this location most days. Today though two employees looked at me with confused vacant stares when I asked for extra pickles on the side. Never had a problem before getting them in a small plastic container. After about five minutes of rude unfriendly service they informed me they can't do that. They've done it plenty of times before, so I walked out with my money. Won't go back. Plenty of competition will do it with no problem. Was too much extra work I guess.

Seriously! Over 20 minutes in the drive they line, then get told it will be another 20 for food! Burger King, close this business because you know nothing of customer satisfaction.

Went to burger king for 13 years. Im gonna stop going. I always have problems with the same 2 managers. I think the one is named Billy. And and another guy manager are rude to customers, very rude. I see them bullying employees as well. ive seen both of them do unsanitary things. touch the bottom of a broom then hand out fries.i also found a hair from billy i belive. why dont they wear hairnets to? I dont know the name of the man. but they need to change both of them. besides that, all is well.
