Red Deer Toyota has come thru for me on so many occasions, but especially on this newest purchase! Not only was sales lady, Trish, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.....the rest of the team were/are as well! And I guess that's part of what made my experience great....they operate as a team.

Honesty and good value! Had a dreadful noise in the back end - thought it might be a broken shock absorber or maybe a loose exhaust pipe. Took the car in with fears of a big expense. They predicted and found that the insulating piece that protects the car from the hot exhaust pipe was loose. Sure enough, that's what it was. They could have charged me $130 for a part hour of labor but they charged me nothing. The invoice said "Screw installed. Noise resolved. Charge zero." Great work!

My husband and I just relocated to the area and were in need of a new vehicle. We honestly couldn't have asked for better service. We worked with Genaro and Corey to get our vehicle in a timely manner and let me say we are far from disappointed! Definitely do not hesitate to stop in! 😃

Putting a deposit...

Putting a deposit on a vehicle at this dealership is meaningless. I did so on Jan 2nd 2016 and they still sell the car from under me. Not a very professional group of people.
