RUN AWAY!!!!
I have been Adanac customer for 17 years! I just switched to another broker and another insurance! The reason; being loyal customer for so many years, never missed a payment, never had a claim or accident, instead of getting quality service, last 3-4 years I was brushed off, felt even mocked at some points for my questions, they were rude and ignorant! I was appointed a new agent 2 years ago, and she never even bother to meet me in person! RUN from this company as far as possible
