    We've had Carpet ...

    We've had Carpet Dr. clean the carpets in our home for many years, and we've always been really pleased with the final results. They've kept our high traffic areas looking really new! They're always prompt in keeping appointments, and the cost has been more than reasonable. The guys are super knowledgeable about their industry, and they're diligent about keeping their equipment & trucks up to date. They've stretched our carpets and also helped us with minor floods in our basement. Super company!

    I've had carpet d...

    I've had carpet doctor come do my carpet and furniture on several occasions and they were not only personable but professional. The cleaning was fantastic and it was like having new carpet. Amazing!

    Terrible Service

    My personal experience with this company was more than terrible. I booked an appointment to have my carpets cleaned and we settled on a date and time. I told him that I would have to leave work early to meet him at our old residence - so if he was running behind to please call and let me know. Not only did he not call - he did not even show up, or return my calls. Extremely dissapointed.

    Customer omitted to inform viewers that the day/date were mixed up by her and our Company. We did however, respond to her message and moved customers the following morning to complete her job as well as give her a discount. Job was completed to her satisfaction.
