    STAY AWAY!!! Terrible company to deal with. Always passing the buck. No service after the fact. They sell a product that can not support, makes sense, RIGHT!! Save your money and Purchase elsewhere. WHAT A HEADACHE

    Dynasty Spas I the actual worst company I could have bought a hot tub from. When I bought it I was told it had a 5 year warrant. It has been 2 and half years since I bought and it is not working anymore. I talked to them and they said the warranty is expired and the parts I need are not available. They told me to winterized the tub but the tub doesn’t run. They were the worst people I have ever dealt with. I would never ever ever buy even a bottle of spa solution from them. Go anywhere but there

    I came into Dynastyspa where I first met the salesman Len. Shook mine and my hubby’s hand to make an incredible deal for an Aquarius hot tub. Promised in July 2020 that we would get it in 3 months. Told now not until January 2021. How do you fill it in dead winter?? We paid a deposit then put more down Aug 5th as you asked. Making people feel that they are in good hands and then doing this is not ok. Be careful Your money is NON-REFUNDABLE!!!

    We purchased the Neptune Adriatic spa from Dynasty at the Red Deer Home Show in March 2019, installed in October 2019 and 12 months later has continued to be a problem free and enjoyable year round hot tub! Manufacturer improvements have made this a solid performing tub and have enjoyed its many features from the powerful jets, LED lighting, Bluetooth Sound System and easy to maintain features. Above all, staff at the Red Deer location are very pleasant and provide great feedback and advice!!

    We got a Aquarius model from Dynasty Spas about 3 months ago, we used it almost everyday since then and still are in love with this part of our day. There is nothing that compares to a good soaking in the tub to let your muscles relax and rest. We had a small leak in the plumbing after set up and service department was right on it a fast as possible to be fixed and back up and running. No complaints over here thats for sure.?

    I bought my hot tub from Rochelle about five years ago, the price was great and the one issue I had was resolved right away. I have referred several of my friends to her and they have purchased hot tubs as well and are happy with their tubs. Rochelle sells hot tubs so I would suggest you shop around first, know what you want to spend and buy, then see her you can also become a satisfied customer.

    We bought the Coral Hot Tub at the home show this year and received it about a month or so later. This is by far one of the best investments we have made. As well the staff at Dynasty is always very helpful.

    Rochelle and her team were awesome to deal with!!! They delivered our CLUB 8 tub early for us last week on Friday and we have been in the hot tub every night since then!

    We bought our Visscher Lake Louise Gazebo a little over five years ago to house our big hot tub. It has been a wonderful addition to our backyard! It is well built, sturdy, looks great and houses our big hot tub beautifully! Shortly after installation, a big crack in the dome happened. We let Dynasty Spas know and we were sent an upgraded dome free of charge! We appreciated the service and love love, love our Gazebo! Thank you Dynasty Spas!

    Worst place ever!!! How do they go from the BBB warning you to stay away to today's standing??? Check spas they sell on price only be careful and never leave a deposit because you will not get it back!!!!

    AMAZING. Love my new hot tub. Rochelle and the staff were able to help me find the perfect hot tub at a great price. Delivery was professional and set up was easy. Every time I have gone back into the store they have tested the water for free. Answered all of my questions and help me with the chemicals I needed to purchase. They have taken all the guess work out and made everything easy and enjoyable. Thank you for the awesome service.

    We bought our first hot tub from Dynasty Spas, the entire experience has been awesome! The staff are so helpful and friendly, our hot tub is everything and more than what we expected! We've been telling everyone we know to get one. We are so impressed with the service we also bought a massage chair! Thank you Dynasty Spas!!!

Rochelle went over and above to help me out in the most professional manner and with the most expedient service I have ever experienced. Thank you Rochelle. If needed in future, Dynasty Spas Red Deer will be my go to.

    My experience is that buying the Hot Tub was the easy part... everything after is a nightmare!! Things we were promised never happened. Cost us more for the install then we were prepared for. The sales people in the store are really good about telling you what they can't do for you!!! Promises were never kept. People warned us not to buy from here. I wish now I had listen.

    Great Service and Support

    I purchased a hot tub from Dynasty Spas and have always experienced great, helpful and courteous sales, service and support from their locations in both Red Deer and Calgary. The hot tub was delivered on time and special care was taken by their delivery personnel to ensure no damage was done to anything in transit and during installation. Their staff have always responded to all of my questions, concerns and requirements promptly and efficiently. They also always have the parts and maintenance
