    Horrible service. Waited for delivery at home @ 2 days in a row to be told I wasn’t at home! Waiting for prescription medication! This was the second occasion with Loomis where they claimed I was not home! Just not true!

    The driver rang the door of my apartment from outside the building and when I answered, nobody responded. I said hello several times but no answer. I looked out the window and saw the driver walking towards his truck. I banged on the window loudly but he continued walking and got into his truck and drove away. It is 4 days since then and I am still waiting for my package. I believe both the company managment and the driver are very irresponsible.

    I tried calling loomis cannot reach anyone. I also tried contacting by tracking by what they said on app, the form tells me that my ph # & gmail address is INVALID. Loomis is completely USELESS in tracking my package. I have been waiting over 3 weeks. No ratings for them?

    DHL supposed to be delivered yesterday. Got a call from delivery driver today asking where my place was, so directed him and when he said “I think I’m outside” I look out the window and saw the van and he said it couldn’t deliver to my door cause it’s in the back. Threw some clothes on and by the time I got out front the van was gone. Wait 2 mins and went back inside. Looked back outside and saw the driver stop for 10 secs and drive away. Had right building and knew it, just too lazy to get out.

    The front end staff are extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with, they do their best despite Covid restrictions. I’ve been waiting in my vehicle for them to bring out my package and see how poorly other people treat them when they pull up. If you’re so worried about your Amazon Prime delivery maybe get flex delivery though Canada post instead of treating people like garbage.

    My package was transferred to Loomis from Canpar. They were able to track it when I phoned in, I told them I was on my way in, and when I got there it was waiting for me behind the counter. The staff was very professional and courteous. Picked up at 1:30 PM on December 10th, 2019.

    I ordered a product online from a company in BC, it came via CanPar who doesnt have an office in Red Deer so they partner with Loomis. I also happen to have a rural Red Deer County address which is undeliverable for Loomis. So rather than call me when the shipment was at their Red Deer Depot to come for pickup during their ridiculous hours (Mon-Fri only 8-5 plus closed for an hour during lunch) they ship it to CanPars main warehouse in Edmonton. Its a Red Deer County address, Red Deer is 20

    Useless. Was not home so they left a note. No phone number, no address just says I have to pick up package in 5 days or they will send it back. Finally find the depot is way on the edge of town only open 9-4 weekdays. I guess the package is going back...

    Poor if not illegal billing practices. Took a parcel to ship to the depot in Red Deer. Asked how much to ship and was given a price. Agreed on that price and shipped the package but when the invoice came it was 25% higher. Tried to discuss issue with them but they just said either pay or they will send to third party collection. No customer service and bad business practices.
