Not only is there...
Not only is there a huge lack of proffesionalism, but after someone pays almost $400 to have their hair done, you would expect it to look perfect. Went in looking to get tape in exstensions put in (which was done unevenly and missed certain areas on my head),and to get a full dye ombre color. Hair was blonde before so i just wanted to darken my roots and blend it all in. After the hair dresser said "well give you a proper ombre", i figured she knew what she was doing. It literally looks like someone slopped on dark brown hair dye half way down my head then bleached the ends. She was supposed to tone it all and cut and blend the exstenions, but didnt. Then charged full price for everything. At the time i was in a rush for work so i didnt have time to complain even if i could. I didnt get a good enough look until someone at work actually told me to go back and get my money back. How embarrassing. I ended up calling and going back the next day to get it fixed by a different stylist at no extra cost. As i was sitting there getting it "fixed", she was just standing there at the next mirror cleaning up her station and didnt say a word. Didnt look at me at all. Nothing. Now i dont know if this stylist is new or has even finished her schooling for that matter, but it was just wrong and completley unproffessional to let me pay that much for something i could have gotten a 5 year old to for me with box dye. Now my hair has been processed twice as much as it ever should have been, is no way close to the color i wanted, and i spent all that money for this. You go get your hair done putting all this trust in one person to make you feel and look confident and expect it if your paying that much. But this has got to be one of the worst experiences ive ever had at a hair salon.
