A-1 Heating St Albert Ltd

A1 was referred to A1 to replace our 80 yr old furnace. After waiting for the estimator I reviewed the work required and Karl seemed to think they could compete with other quotes We had. Received a call a few hours later was told “ the estimate will be high and if I wanted the estimate in writing” quote was more than double of other companies because their “workers are slow”and it would take A1 3 to 4 days to do the same work other companies would do in 1 day. And for 1/2 the money.

Had a furnace replacement February 28th Rico and Jojo did a great job totaly professional everyone involved in the company that I delt with Curtis / korrena / Rico / and Jojo answered any questions I had in a timely manner. Will recommend this company at anytime to anyone truly 5 star service.

This truly is an A1 heating company. We recently had a new furnace installed. The technicians were very knowledgeable and friendly and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend A-1 Heating to anyone.

Was given a timeframe for the morning appt but never showed up till lunch time, had to cancel my other appointment in town because the work was not completed in time for my appointment.

Great Experience

I had A-1 give me a quote on installing AC in my brand new home. Once I accepted the quote, right away I had a installation date set-up. They were so prompt that I actually had to put them off while my landscaping was being finished. The install was smooth and within 4 hours they were finished and on their way. Considering that this was the peak AC season, I was completely impressed with the job they did and the responsiveness I received.

Excellence, Workmanship and Affordability

A1 Heating installed a Bryant Furnace and Air conditioner on Sept 22, 2011. They gave an estimate and did the installation within a week. The workmanship of the installation was excellent and the cost was well below other estimates. They came recommended by another happy customer of theirs and I would certainly not hesitate to do the same.

Outstanding Service

My air conditioner and furnace system quit on me after 1 year in a new home. Of course the company i bought it from wouldn't honor the warranty. I called A-1 Heating and not only did they get from St. Albert to southwest Edmonton in 45 minutes. Tom was able to solve the problem and get the manufacturer to warranty the damaged product. I am extremely impressed, and when it is time to replace the heating and cooling system in this house, i will call A-1!

Great Service
