Purolator

Delivery driver extremely rude. I was standing on my doorstep to accept delivery of large package. He refused to give it to me and walked it to my back yard. When I asked why he would do that his response was "that's what I was told to do last time". I have never met this driver before or requested that deliveries be placed in my back yard. Attempts to contact someone to complain unsuccessful. Waiting on hold for over half an hour on 3 different attempts

Paid for 3 day expedited shipping for a part for a client. Purolator literally routed it completely across the country accidentally after being lost for a week. Then, was supposed to send it back to me expedited overnight (10 days late) and instead ‘thinks’ it was sent by ground instead. No firm ETA, but at least 3 weeks on 3 day service. For a young company to make commitments then to get screwed over like this by the shipper during an already difficult financial time? Awesome.

The slowest possible delivery service available. If you want your package to arrive late call Purolator. And if you do call them, expect to wait on hold for the remainder of your life and never get to talk to a representative. Nothing would please me more than amazon stopping their use of purolator as a delivery option, they SUCK.

Refuses to deliver to my apartment building because of the buzzer. Drivers mark building as physically inaccessible or blocked. I checked with the apartment super and he claimed that no driver even attempted to deliver.

My items that arrived in Thunder Bay Friday and scheduled for delivery today says exception weather related disruption will resume when weather permits. A clear sunny day no weather issues at all so doesn’t seem to want to work.

The worst delivery service in Thunder Bay. Will not go 1 block out of their way to detour around construction. Laziest human beings I have ever seen.

Sent by overnight, arrived on day four. Could of sent first class at quarter the price

Constantly late, rude and even tries to charge you when they fail to deliver on time. They tried to tell me it was an act of god, their truck blowing 3 tires and didn't have any spare. I will never use these guys again. Impossible to count on them and they are so rude trying to tell you its your fault because you handwrite the label instead of printing it off computer.
