“I hate robots. They don’t know what they are doing or why they are doing it,” says Matthew, the owner of Dysco. “I don’t want my employees to be like robots. “I want my customers to feel that five minutes of friendship, five minutes of genuine interest when they come to rent a truck,” he explains. In an industry dominated by massive national and international competition, Matthew knows that a personal touch with his customers will help ensure they pick Dysco the next time they have to move—or recommend Dysco to their friends. “I want the customer to leave happy, and come back,” he declares, and with over 45,000 rentals per year, it appears to be working.

    good service and honest prices

    I got a quote from Dysco over the net. When I got there my one ton truck was ready to roll. I asked them if I could use my road star insurance from ICBC for the rental truck and they said yes. paper work was fast and topped up with helpful and friendly staff. I will use Dysco truck rental again when I need one.

    Good company to deal with

    We used Dysco's moving services last week. Movers arrived on time as well as they were professioal, experienced, and helpful. Nothing broke or got damaged. I would recommand dysco moving to anyone who wants a hassle free move.
