I don't know if it's just our local KFC, or if they have changed their cooking method. I've always loved KFC and looked forward to the treat. I keep giving it chance after chance after chance....but every time it's the same thing. Dry as cardboard. I miss that juicy, moist chicken. So...has the method of cooking changed ?
My friends from Prague, Czech Rep came last summer 2011 to visit Me in Campbell River. KFC is popular in Prague so they were so exited to eat real north am. KFC. First disappointment was, so much fat under the skin and second when manager of KFC inform them not very politely about " No video taping in front of KFC !!! " I was ashamed. Giving one star for french-fries.
