I was so excited ...
I was so excited to have found this place and the car that I was looking for. Both employees were friendly and very helpful until it came down to paying. I notified them that it would take a few days to sort out everything at the bank, leaving them a deposit in the meantime and when I called back to arrange to pay the rest and pickup they had already sold the car. They had not notified me and were still holding on to my deposit. INCREDIBLY disappointed. Not only did they sell the car when I had already put a deposit on it but they also hadn't contacted me to give back my deposit. Will not be going back or recommending this place to anyone.

I'm disappointed too. Unfortunately there was a lack of communication between you and your sales person, the vehicle was on hold for you from March 10th to March 16. Your deposit was never processed. Unfortunately we did not know you were still pursuing purchasing the vehicle. Regards.
