I had ICBC claim work done at Craftsman Collision. I picked up my vehicle today and was very happy with the work they did. From the very beginning when I called to make an appointment, the superb customer service ethic was clearly noticeable. Professional, friendly and super efficient. The customer service here is absolutely amazing, and quality of work to match. Have had my new truck in twice now once the whole side was wrecked due to a semi losing a set of duals and second a sand truck blasted my truck with rocks. Both times felt very comfortable and any concerns of mine where addressed immediately.I wish more businesses had their level of professionalism. Highest level of recommendation for this shop!!!

I have had two experiences with Schultz in the past year, and I have been very pleased with the results. Most recently, I was able to get my car assessed quickly, and was booked into an appointment within a few days. Marlene and Mirsad kept me posted throughout the repair process, making sure I got my car back at 100%. Marlene also worked with the car rental company directly to make sure my rental needs were met. Overall, great craftsmanship and customer service.
