I placed a bunch of furniture orders from Costco, who in turn use Alero worldwide who in turn sub contract these guys for van island.So I receive the call from these guys and got a voicemail. On calling back the guy seemed ticked off on the holding request and hung up before I finished.

The service was excellent. They called a day in advance to notify of delivery, as well as, called 1/2 hour before arrival. Would highly recommend this company.
