2000 Grocery & Convenience

I visit the store to pick up my UPS parcels. The shop is small with a bit of everything. The proprietor may seem stern but he's quite a nice fellow once you get to know him. He's always been very pleasant with me. I'm amazed at how hard he works: 7 days a week, twelve hours each day. That earns my respect!

Thanks for the quick, simple service. I showed my UPS ticket and ID, signed for my package and out in 4 minutes. Bidness done!

Very rude not cus...

Very rude not customer service orientated whatsoever. UPS dropped my parcel there for pick-up when my husband went with pick-up notice having same last name & address as on parcel only to be rudely told he could not pick it up without my ID which is not specified on notice only requirement photo ID with address. I phoned to store asking why he would not let my husband get it only to be rudely told he did not have time to speak to me & hung up on me. Rude very rude, I've complained to UPS
