I just picked up my Wedding dress & my wife's Wedding dress from Mohamud at Busy Bee Gold & was greeted with the most exceptional customer service. We had an outdoor ceremony for our Wedding so as you can imagine they were a little bit dirty. We also discovered a wine stain on one of the dresses which has been removed completely. Mohamud explained the process & time he spent on our dresses & is incredible passionate about his job! HIGHLY recommend this company! Thanks again Mohamud :)

I was dropping off and picking up dry cleaning once a week for about 16 months and they were amazing the whole time. Service is incredibly friendly and I was always happy with the results. I even brought a jacket in covered in mud and they had it cleaned and ready in under a week!

I always thought all dry cleaners were the same. Then I went to Busy Bee Gold. These guys are absolutely amazing! They replace my collar stays, my suit is never pressed flat and neither are my shirts. My entire office goes here and the owner is friendly and hilarious... great local business! Plus, no smell because they're the only cleaner I've found that uses a biodegradable soap.

Most AMAZING & skilled master drycleaner

I live in Burnaby and have been going to this business for over 5 yrs for all my drycleaning and tailoring services. Moe is not only an expert in his field of trade, but an honest business man full of integrity. He has resurrected items of clothing that no one else has been able to fix. His honesty in communicating with yourself as to his capabilities of being able to clean a garment has always been spot on. I go out of my way and travel to get my drycleaning as there is no one better. I am not the only one who concurs with my decision but also many of my professional friends from West Vancouver, White Rock and UBC also concur and travel great distance as well to have their items drycleaned by Busy Bee Gold. Keep up the great work as your devoted fans are most greatful.

Wedding Dress Disaster

WORST SERVICE and UNPROFESSIONALISM I have ever experienced. My wife and I sent our wedding dress in last September 2010 to get drycleaned and boxed for safekeeping and we still haven't gotten it back. That's almost 10 months! After much investigating, the reason we don't have it back is because the dress is ruined. We got to review the progress in May-11 and the colour has drastically changed and the original soft texture feels like sandpaper. We are so upset and Mahomud is proposing to reimburse us with "depreciated value" which is about 25% of original cost. Imagine taking your invaluable wedding dress in and now its ruined and your compensation is that? All I am saying is be careful!. There are alternatives to this place and if you plan to dryclean something valuable, stay away.
