    I went to east broadway kingston mall store,Vancouver, to change the phone I got yesterday. The phone was still in package, I had my contract, and I had my BC-id card issued by the government of Canada. I showed the same id the day before and they accepted it without question, but this time the rep called David, didnt accept my card! He was very rude and refused to give me service. The central customer service told me my card is acceptable id, even the police! I will certainly follow up further

    My phone was brok...

    My phone was broken by a Wind agent at the kiosk located at Kingsgate mall in Vancouver BC! It cost $56 to fix my phone! It happened after trying to switch to Wind from my previous network. The agent, Michael, took my sim card out and put his Wind adaptor card in, which got stuck in my phone and damaged the sim card tray! My phone could not recognize ANY Sim card after that. The same agent told me to go home because he couldn't do anything else. I asked him to get his manager to contact me ASAP since my phone stopped working. I called my previous provider and took my phone to one of their repair shops the next day, but they wouldn't fix it because it was damaged by a third party! I went back to the kiosk and the agent told me to take my phone to a repair shop. Wind would honour up to $50 in repair costs or I could BUY a phone until mine was fixed and then, get refunded when I recovered my phone. A local phone repair shop replaced the sim card tray for $56. The Wind agent and his manager(Zorya) are obliging me to become a Wind customer in order to get $50 as a bill credit. After this experience I have NO desire to be a Wind customer, I have NO obligation with Wind in any way. I had my phone broken and awful customer service which makes me want to shun Wind mobile FOREVER! I'm contacting all customer service outlets to complain and seek a refund of $56. My intention was to be a new customer for Wind Mobile, not to have them break my phone!
