    I have been trying to reach them for a month now and their phone service is not available. I fed up with this kind of behaviour. I get they're on strike, but I need answers for coverage on medication that I NEED and was denied special access for. I hope they lose a lot of clients over this.

    What happened to good old way of communication by PHONE? Not everyone is familiar with technology and working with computers There should be some easy way of communication for single, elderly, uneducated person like me to deal with situations like this Tried to phone blue cross for months and all you get is recording to go on line Need help as paying enough in monthly premiums to get some service and answers
