Amazing! The service is excellent and the staff were friendly as well. Alexandra did my pedi and her attention to detail was awesome. Will be coming back for sure.

Just spoke to a lady on the phone to book an appt and she was extremely rude. Even though their website says "book appt online," apparently you can't do that. I tried to give her feedback about it being confusing and she shut me down. She also gave me grief for trying to book something the day before. Just called Brun Salon downtown and they were so nice on the phone so and they had appt's available the day before - so obviously I'll be booking with them.
Great haircut and manicure. Been to lots of stylist since I moved here and so far, spa belissa is by far te best

Horrible experience, lack of professionalism from the honour. Received a full day coupon as a gift and my whole time was nothing close to relaxing, services were not honored and I ended up leaving with an unplanned bill. My concerns and complaints have gone ignored and deleted where the coupon was purchased from. I do NOT recommend unless you want your massages cut short, poor mani and pedi and certain services purchased to be not honored. Waste of money and stress!
1st off I received a package from a frie3nd who had purchased it as a gift. It had 4 visits 1 included a hair consultation cut shampoo deep condition and a Style. When I called to book they were all booked up unless you upgraded to color so I upgraded to half a head of high lights with a 15% Off having the coupon. When I arrived she was 45 min behind Victoria is small I could have stayed home for an extra 30min then I asked the lady at the till for an estimate she said around $80 for half head
Since first visiting Spa Bellissa and Salon for a hair cut, I have now included a pedicure, both of which I enjoy each month in this friendly, beautifully designed salon. The atmosphere is genuinely pleasing and the convenience of having all the various grooming/spa services in one location is something I really appreciate.
It is such a pleasure to have my hair done by an expert stylist and pedicure by a well-trained technician in a gleaming new facility. All of these come together and offer an unforgetable experience at Spa Bellissa and Salon. I'm getting more than my money's worth, that's for sure, and loving every minute.
I am appalled at the customer service that I have just received from this company .I received a gift voucher(spa package) with many salon services.I was told these were oversold to the community to book appointments, told the services listed were unable to be completed of services because of unqualified staff,and denied the only service that I had left to use because of the stylist terrible customer service attitude by my dissatisfaction concerns .Unbelievable poor treatment!!!!
very nice atmosphere, the person giving me my pedicure was very nice and it was a very enjoyable experience I will definitely go there again.
Horrible business would write the full story but there's not enough space in here to allow it. Long of short bought a deal and the spa will not validate it nor give me my money back. I am not the only one in this situation. Hopefully will find many others so that we can take action against this poorly run place. STAY AWAY!!!
I booked an appointment at this spa, arrived for the appointment to find that the place was closed. I repeatedly asked them by email and voicemail to phone me to rebook, but they did not call. They emailed me back and told me to cancel my groupon. This business will not last.
