I have been trying to pay my bill for months. I cant get in contact with anyone but the technician . My bills were pre - authorized debited from my checking account but they just stopped coming out. Can some one please get back to me about this .
We have been trying to get in touch with your company for several weeks. You owe us for 4 months of service we never received. You never answer the phone, your mail box is always full. We are considering next steps to get our money back.
when you call about the service that you are not getting ....only because it never works ...you cant get ahold of anyone ...if you call the toll free number they tell you to call the other number and you cant leave a message on it either ......our service is terrible but customer service is even worse ......actually its about the same you get neither .....
