Been seeing family doctor here since 2012.Last year,one certain receptionist has been extremely rude and unprofessional to me and my little girl. Refusing me appts unless booking 2-4wks in advance,refusing emergency help when I almost cut my fingers off. Told me they have no time for me there. Disgusting treatment. This morning, called to say my girl would be 5min late because she was throwing up. She raised her voice, demeaned me, told me I don't get special treatment & hung up!Filing complaint
