Dr Hook Towing

Vehicle was returned to me with numerous scratches on both rear wheel wells/flares and with two big grease stains on my drivers seat, driver "adamantly" denied leaving the grease; even though I saw him sit on my drivers seat that had NO GREASE or anything on it previously, and made no comment on scratches, took me numerous phone calls to be told I have to create another claim, managers took no responsibility for the staffs mistakes and lies; no one was held accountable for damaging my property..

Needed my door unlocked at the dump today. Called them to unlock my vehicle for me. Tow truck showed up and had my door open in literally 30 seconds. Had no problem paying the lockout fee, but the driver added an extra $10 because he said he could have got a flat tire at the dump. I thought he was joking but he actually added on $10 on top of the fee. Dr hook made an already crappy situation even worse by taking advantage of the situation. I Don't recommend them.

outstanding service, only company that would come down a mud road when i made a wrong turn and got stuck.

HORRIBLE. save your time and money and use a different company!!!
