The quote received for "necessary" work was thousands of dollars higher than the quotes I received from both my previous and next mechanic. It's always worth getting a second opinion.
Showed up in the morning with brake issues /no appointment , they had me fixed up and back on the road by 3 pm . Amazing customer service and great honest work ! Have my next appointment booked for some more work that they checked out for me , addressing a strange noise I had been hearing for a bit . Get your work done here ! You won’t regret it !
I found Maxim on line because I had a very noisy vehicle..I called and was greeted pleasantly and politely ..asked what the issue was , and made an appointment in for the next day..staff is upbeat and has no problem answering any questions that I had. thought I needed a new alternator and assumed I would be paying about $1000.00 for this repair. When I took it in they diagnosed it as a loose connection and my bill came to under $100 which included an oil change. They are honest and reliable

Brought in a 2010 Ranger for a tuneup, but ended up with engine light on, Maxim owner kept the truck, for further check, picked up Monday and not 20 kilometres later light back on, was upset, but my son and friend told me to go back. I did and the catalytic converter was the problem, maxim fixed the problem making sure it was done perfectly. If your looking for ultimate work and service I highly recommend them. Thank you to Marco and his staff.....

Requested a quote for part replacement labour cost. Was told by the owner Marco, apparently the owner changed that they only replace parts which they provide (guess why?). After my reply to provide me the quote with their part cost included, he never got back to me. "Wonderfull" customer service to be aware of.
Another great experience at Maxim Muffler! I dropped my Jeep off on Sunday night and it was ready to go by Noon on Monday. They corrected a major safety concern that could have been avoided simply by returning to their shop for my routine maintenance rather than going to tire shops and quickie lube places. I've always trusted Maxim for repairs, and now they will have my business for all routine maintenance. Darren is a very patient and well spoken mechanic, and a pleasure to deal with!

I called in the morning, and they said they were fully booked, but if I dropped off my car, they'd try to squeeze it in. 5 hours later they phoned to confirm the job, and one hour after that the car was ready. They explained the problem clearly, and the price was reasonable, and as advertised. I would go again.
