They are so much non-professional that it would be hard to explain. I drove down to their office one saturday, kept waiting for at least 40 min to get a flight estimate. The lady was talking over a phone for 30 min and therefore I left my email to send me the details. She did not send me the details on monday which she commited to. I left message to their phone (no one picked up) for twice and they did not call me back. I called their emegency number and talked to the same lady..... she told she gonna email me on wednesday. They never sent me any flight etimate or called me back. I would recommend everyone NOT TO GO TO THEM
