Got in with Aleka as a walk in appointment with my 4 yr old son. She was great! Made him smile and laugh and did fantastic job with his hair. Price was very reasonable. Id for sure go back!

I asked for a Style Dry ($12.95 + tax), said I wanted it curly/wavy. Either the receptionist or the hairstylist decided I was getting an updo instead (without asking me), and charged me $50 after I received the service. When I said I had requested the Style Dry, they insisted I had to pay for an updo, because the hairstylist used a flatiron - again, without asking me. I figured she was doing it to save time. Now I have an Ultracuts-looking "updo" priced like an upscale salon updo.

I HAD MY FIRST APPT WITH REBECCA TODAY AT ULTRACUTS IN ST. VITAL AND IT WAS WONDERFUL. SHE HAS exceptional customer service skills, friendly atmosphere and exceptional skills when it comes to her job.THE WHOLE ATMOSPHERE IN THE SALON WAS GREAT, IT SEEMED THAT EVERYONE GOT ALONG REALLY WELL, I NOW FOUND MY NEW HAIRDRESSER.
