Make sure to do your homework before hiring Dave at Well-Refined Renovations. We had a horrible experience with him, to the point where we had to get our lawyer involved. Dave provided us with a fake letter claiming Harvey Pollock was his uncle, when my lawyer contacted Harvey to seek understanding, turned out he does not know Dave at all. He owed money to contractors all over the city so we had to find another one and fight to get our money back. Stay clear of this guy.
